We would love to help you create your perfect space! The first step is to reach out via our Inquiry Form. We will then schedule a complimentary discovery call where you can share a bit more about your project, learn about our process and decide if we would be a good match.

We are based in Charlotte, NC. We serve Charlotte and its surrounding suburbs as well as Deia’s hometown of Fairfax, VA and its surrounding suburbs. We are always open to traveling for the right fit!
Do you work with heirlooms or existing pieces?

Heirloom pieces tell your story. During our Design Discovery Consult, we prioritize getting to know your lifestyle, family, and goals. During this time, we can walk through and discuss any heirloom or specialty pieces that you’d like to include in your project. We will do our best to design with them in mind to curate a unique and special space perfectly suited for your lifestyle. If you are looking to incorporate a decent amount of existing furniture, one of our Virtual Design Packages, where Deia sources a few select pieces or helps refresh a space with wallpaper, paint, or pillow selections, may be a good fit for you!
What are some of the Virtual Design Package Options?

All virtual design packages include up to a 45-minute virtual meeting with Deia where we will discuss your project and goals. Please include which Virtual Design Package you are considering when filling out our Inquiry Form.
Full Virtual Design | starting at $1500 For clients looking to design an entire room. Includes furniture layout, design boards, finish selections, and a link to products to purchase. Room dimensions, and photos of the room and existing furniture will be needed. Inspiration photos may be shared as well.
Kitchen & Bathroom Selections | $2000 For clients looking to refresh or remodel an existing kitchen or full bathroom, inclusive of fixtures, hardware, countertops, colors, lighting, fabric, and more. Photos of existing space will be needed and we will send over selections based on your existing space and budget. If working on a renovation or remodel, client can share drafted design plans for us to to provide guidance on cabinetry, lighting, tile, hardware, fixtures, mirrors, etc. Clients will receive a shopping guide with selections. Please note this does not include trade or subcontractor communication or guidance.
Wallpaper and Paint Refresh | $450 For clients who are looking for ways to elevate an existing space, up to three rooms. This is great for the client looking to add a personal touch or make a subtle change to help tie a room or rooms together. Deia will provide guidance and share links to wallpaper and paint for up to three rooms.
Decor Refresh Single Room | For the client who needs help adding the finishing touches whether it be throw pillows, an area rug, window treatments, art, or accessories. Please note this is not for furniture or full room design. Based on the goals you share on our Inquiry Form and a quick 15-minute call, we will provide you with design fee pricing for this package before booking our 45-minute virtual meeting.
